Taking Notes?

             In today's world it is almost impossible to remember all that is going on from school work, important dates, friends birthday's, family gatherings, show times on t.v, ....ext. Whatever it is, its hard to keep up with, without writing some of it down. Well whats the fix to all this writing I have to do? Evernote. Evernote is a great program that can accomplish many task. Such task include, organizing, updating, and utilizing.

         Evernote is used by millions of people, and is one of the best choices in note taking today. there are many reasons for it being chose, but the one that stands out the most is the price. Evernote is completely free. While Evernote is free it still is one of the best by making it effortless to sync your notes to other programs and from computer to computer.  Evernote has a lot of features and so many that I can not possibly name them all but their are certain key features that I would like to take a look at.

Searching you notes: Many note taking apps do not allow you to search your notes, but Evernote does. Yes! that's right! you can search through your notes for any words or phrases you have typed in at any given moment and it will return results containing those words or phrases.

Utilizing time: Yes this is a key feature that I will share because coming from a tech person I feel it is important to address. Evernote, so far since I have started using it which was the first day this assignment was posted. I have not seen any crazy drastic lag. What I mean by this is when you type into a lot of not taking apps, there is this little thing called lag and sometimes it can be a big pain. Lag is when you are on what I like to call and "in the moment" and you are just typing away at anything and everything you wanna say, not worrying about spelling or errors all your wanting to do it get everything out about your subject on the table then you can put pieces together on paper instead of tying to find them all in your head. Well Evernote has seemed to fix that issue and has since then been able to keep up with your crazed typing and keep up with your current information making timeless to read and edit the document.

Chapter 5

      For this assignment I have chose The Privacy Act of 1974 This law forbids federal agencies from allowing information to be used for any reason other than that of which is was collected.

Reason for me choosing this law was because I agree with it, and also because I feel that companies in today's society have found out ways to get around this law and that this law may in return need to me reanalyzed. I feel that this law would be a very good law just for simple reasons. Some in which include health records and documents, important information such as social security cards, ceditcard information, personal information...ext...

In today's day and age companies have found multiple ways to get around the privacy law. Many ways I do not know how they get away with it but I have ran into several instances I have had my information missing or have found my information on websites I did not approve of, and have even been called on my cell phone, which very few people have that number. All of these things are going against this policy because I did not give my information to these people and I did not allow this to continue I had to go through some mess to get it to stop but I feel that it was worth it because now my information is not being thrown around company to company.

I'm simply stating that if this law was to be enforced and or revised for a second time and maybe changed a little to enhance the safety of people information then this would be a great law and probably one of the best in the computer world!
